Randy Hallner / owner
Our founder, Randy Hallner, brings a fascinating background to our tree care services. As a former professional ballroom, Latin, and West Coast swing dancer with over 20 years of experience, Randy spent much of his career traveling for training, teaching, competing, coaching, and judging.
In search of a new passion after retiring to spend more time with his family, Randy discovered the thrill and satisfaction of recreational tree climbing. This newfound love quickly turned into a professional endeavor, leading to the creation of Top Line Tree Services LLC.
Randy's commitment to safety, precision, and excellence in dance seamlessly transitioned into his tree care work, forming the core values of our company.
